Physical Education
Developing health-related fitness, physical competence, and a positive attitude for a lifelong active lifestyle.
Our Vision & Philosophy
The Physical Education program at MSHS 223 empowers students to value physical activity and its contribution to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Students learn the knowledge and skills to participate in physical activity safely and competently, while appreciating the social relationships and personal satisfaction that result from regular movement. We are committed to fostering physical competence, cognitive understanding, and a respect for lifelong wellness.
